Return and Exchange Policy

We strive to provide you with the best possible shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order under the following conditions:

1. Return Period

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Returns are not accepted outside the European Union.

2. Return Process

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipment and any associated shipping costs.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at info@miliomillions.com and provide your order number.
  • Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive a confirmation, and your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

3. Exchanges

  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to receive a different item, please return your original order and place a new one.

4. Costs and Restocking

  • We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

5. Exceptions

  • Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for return.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@miliomillions.com with photos of the product. We will provide an appropriate solution.
